Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We recommend immediately returning to our delivery when you receive and realize an incorrect or defective item to our delivery.
Hahn's Food Eastwood Pty Ltd does not do the return item pick up.
We cannot leave our products such as front door without you or your nominee because fresh meat can be damage. We will charge you re-delivery fee in this case.
For all the cooking product, once it has been used, no return or exchange will be accepted.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to our shop, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
